Can I order by phone or in person and have my products shipped?
It is possible to call in to the salon to hold product, however we do not ship from the salon. We will place any items you request on hold for you to pick up at your earliest convenience.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, debit, Mastercard, Visa, Discover

How can I find out about special happenings or events at the salon?
To keep up to date with specials and events at the salon you can refer to our website and social media pages, primarily Facebook and Twitter, which are updated every day (Tuesday-Saturday).

What if I am late for an appointment?
If you are running late for an appointment we request that you give us a call as soon as possible. We will try to be as accommodating as possible, however in some cases rescheduling may be necessary depending on length of appointment, and how late you are running.

Can I use my cell phone while I’m in the salon?
We understand that things come up, and may need your attention. We ask that while having a service you keep cell phone use to a minimum, as it makes it difficult for our stylists to perform said service. However while having a color process, or while waiting to have your hair cut it is acceptable to politely use your cell phone.

Can I bring children to the salon?
We request that children be in the salon for their appointments only.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?
If you need to cancel your appointment and reschedule, we request that you call us as soon as you are aware of the conflict. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment, but the more time between the cancellation and the date of the appointment the better.

Can I get a gift card for a friend?
Yes! When checking out simply ask the desk coordinator about purchasing a gift card for any amount, and they will be happy to help.
