We offer a wide range of hair services. All of our services are a base price according to the level of the stylist, however there are many factors which can increase the pricing. Our stylists are talented and dedicated to using their education and training to design a look or treatment that is specifically created for you.  Please consult with a stylist or give us a call if you have any questions in regards to pricing.

Please be advised that we customize services based upon your desired look. Some services may take more than one visit. Our hair stylists will consult with you and go over any and all questions you have regarding the number of services required to achieve desired results within the consultation.

We accept payments via cash, in state checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and AMEX. We also accept debit cards having the MasterCard and Visa Logo.

There is no option to tip on card. All tips are to be paid directly to your stylist in cash or personal check. Just like any other service industry, standard gratuity consists of 15-20% of the total service depending on your personal experience.

For defective retail products we offer free exchanges within seven (7) days from purchase date, for equal or lesser value. Due to covid-19 precautions we will not be offering refunds.

We require a 48-hour notice for cancellation or to reschedule any existing appointments. However, we understand last minute life emergencies may happen. Any no-show or less than 48-hour notice cancelled appointments will be charged 50% of the service booked, as well as 15% gratuity of the total service charge. The time you have scheduled is set aside just for you. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

We do not offer refunds on gift cards. Gift cards are only to be used for service and wont be able to be used for gratuity or cash.
